Eat more greens my loves! This roasted veggie pan is easy, simple & full of flavour… oh & about that roast!
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1 large stalk of asparagus
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1.5 tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. dried herbs
- Celtic sea salt & black pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 430F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the veggies on the baking sheet & season with the seasonings.
- Roast for 30 minutes, then broil on high for 3 minutes.
