The easiest dessert you’ll ever make homemade vegan dark chocolate covered strawberries! They’re so delish, they’ll make you say “GODIVA WHO?!”
What’s fun about them is they’re actually quite healthy & you can customize them just how you like: add cacao, cinnamon, crumbled nuts or seeds, shredded coconut or make them with white chocolate instead!
- Melt 1 cup of vegan dark chocolate chips using the double boiler method (or in the microwave at 30-second increments) until fully melted.
- Dip the strawberries in the chocolate mixture gently, using the stem for grip & place them on a parchment lined plate.
- Refrigerate for at least 40 minutes or freeze if you need them quicker!
