Easy as 1-2-3! Serve them with a side of sliced avocado 🥑 drizzled with sea salt, black pepper & balsamic glaze & a side of Ezekiel sesame toast & you’re good to go!


  • Crack 3 organic free-range eggs into a mixing bowl & add 1/4 cup plant-based milk, black pepper, garlic powder & sea salt & whisk until combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat & spray with avocado oil. Add the eggs to the skillet & cook over medium-high heat until cooked through & scrambled.
  • Serve with avocado & enjoy!
