TO MAKE THE EGGS:
- Crack 3 organic free-range eggs into a mixing bowl & add 1/4 cup plant-based milk, black pepper, garlic powder & sea salt & whisk until combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat & spray with avocado oil. Add the eggs to the skillet & cook over medium-high heat until cooked through & scrambled.
- Serve with avocado & enjoy!
