- 1 huge handful spinach
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 5-6 chunks steamed then frozen broccoli
- 2 tsp. maca cacao powder blend or 1 tsp. cacao powder & 1 tsp. maca
- Liquid from 2 astaxanthin capsules
- 1 tsp. moringa
- 3/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup homemade hemp milk
- Ceylon cinnamon to taste
- 1 serving unsweetened hemp protein
- Toppings: unsweetened organic dried goji berries, blueberries & frozen banana & superfood probiotic banana hemp granola
