Call me cray but once you go “air fried”, you’ll never go back! These air-fryer Brussels sprouts are not only the easiest but the crispiest & yummiest way you’ll ever taste them!!
No need to preheat, line a baking sheet, grease & heat a skillet or wash more than one dish – sounds too good to be true but it ain’t! Get yourself a T-Fal air fryer, okay?
- 30-40 Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1.5 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Black pepper
- Juice from a lemon
- Pop the Brussels sprouts & seasonings into the bowl of your air fryer. Toss to coat.
- Set the timer to 20-25 minutes, cover & let cook.
