Moroccan-Spiced Roasted Peppers

How to never get sick of veggies?! It’s all in the way you season them! These babes are seasoned to perfection with al’ the Moroccan spices, roasted, broiled & BAM!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 large Bell peppers
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 cup raw organic apple cider vinegar
  • Juice from 1 lemon

HOW?:

  • Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl & toss to coat the peppers.
  • Preheat oven to 430F & line a a king sheet with silicone mats. Place the peppers on the sheet & roast for 30 minutes.

  • Once roasted, broil on high for 4-5 minutes until browned, charred & crispy but watch closely to prevent burning!
  • Enjoy!
