How to never get sick of veggies?! It’s all in the way you season them! These babes are seasoned to perfection with al’ the Moroccan spices, roasted, broiled & BAM!!
- 6 large Bell peppers
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp. Garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 cup raw organic apple cider vinegar
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl & toss to coat the peppers.
- Preheat oven to 430F & line a a king sheet with silicone mats. Place the peppers on the sheet & roast for 30 minutes.
- Once roasted, broil on high for 4-5 minutes until browned, charred & crispy but watch closely to prevent burning!
