Just whipped up some chicken for the fam this week!
My sissy requested it Lebanese style (she has a sick obsession with Boustan… if you know, you know), so I tried to make my own version by seasoning it with all the Mediterranean spices, fresh lemon & roasting & broiling it to perfection!
- 1 large pack of extra-lean chicken breast
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1.5 tsp. paprika
- 1.5 tbsp. dried thyme
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Juice from 2 lemons
- Preheat oven to 450F & line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
- Clean & halve the chicken breasts & place them in a bowl with the rest of the seasonings. Toss to coat.
- Place the chicken on the baking sheets & roast for 25 minutes. Once roasted, set your oven to a high broil & broil for 7-9 minutes, until outsiders are browned & crispy!
