Quick Resistance Band Hotel Gym Workout

Vacation doesn’t mean you have to skip your AM workout, even if you have to cut it shorter! Here’s a quick but effective lower body (& a bit of shoulders) burn that’ll make you break a sweat & start your day off right! All you need is a band & your body weight!

Always make sure to take rest as needed!

I used my Peach Bands & got them on amazon! The pack comes with 4 & ranges from low to extra heavy intensity.

Repeat each exercise 4x with the the # reps indicated below!

  • Banded upright rows (12 reps each side)
  • Banded squats (20 reps)
  • Side leg abductions (12 reps each side); after the last set, hold each leg up for 20 seconds
  • Leg kickbacks (12 reps each side)
  • Fire hydrants (12 reps each side); after the last set, kick out quickly 12x on each side
