Vanilla, Greens & Strawberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Such a delicious & nutritious way to get my protein in post-workout… & the best part is it tastes, looks & feels just like ice cream!

YOU NEED:

  • 1 huge handful spinach
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 4 chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan sprouted protein powder
  • Pure organic vanilla extract & Ceylon cinnamon
  • 2 astaxanthin capsules, liquid only
  • 1 tsp. moringa leaf powder
  • 1 tsp. freeze-dried organic açai
  • 1/2 cup @asobubottle cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup homemade vanilla cashew milk
  • Extra cold brew or water if needed to thin out

HOW?:

  • Add the ingredients to your blender & blend until combined & creamy.
  • Add water if you want to thin it out.
  • Add toppings & enjoy!
