Such a delicious & nutritious way to get my protein in post-workout… & the best part is it tastes, looks & feels just like ice cream!
- 1 huge handful spinach
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 4 chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan sprouted protein powder
- Pure organic vanilla extract & Ceylon cinnamon
- 2 astaxanthin capsules, liquid only
- 1 tsp. moringa leaf powder
- 1 tsp. freeze-dried organic açai
- 1/2 cup @asobubottle cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup homemade vanilla cashew milk
- Extra cold brew or water if needed to thin out
- Add the ingredients to your blender & blend until combined & creamy.
- Add water if you want to thin it out.
- Add toppings & enjoy!
