Balsamic Glazed Sautéed Asparagus

All I have to say is the balsamic glaze makes ALL the difference! We use the one by Nonna Pia & you can find it at Costco or most health food stores!

This makes for a great side dish or add-in for salads & is a great way to get your green fix!


  • 2 stalks asparagus,
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • Celtic sea salt & black pepper to taste
  • Avocado oil spray


  • Season the asparagus in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat & add the seasoned asparagus. Sauté for about 4-6 minutes until asparagus turns bright green & is cooked through but still crispy!
  • Enjoy!
