When I say superfood, I mean superfood!!!!
This morning’s post-workout bowl of deliciousness is loaded with all the vitamin C, antioxidants, metabolism reviving, gut & liver healing, detoxifying, skin glowing & anti-inflammatory goods! I’m talking moringa, camu camu, astaxanthin & açai powder!
It’s delicious, creamy, just the right amount of sweet without being overwhelming, full of plant based protein, amino acids & healthy fats, you legit cannot go wrong with it! 💯
- 1 huge handful spinach or greens of choice
- Splash of pure organic vanilla extract & Ceylon cinnamon to sweeten
- 1 serving unsweetened hemp protein
- 1 tsp. moringa
- 1 tsp. açai powder
- 1 tsp. Camu camu
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 5-6 chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup homemade hemp milk
- 2 astaxanthin capsules (liquid only)
- Toppings of choice
BLEND until consistency is exactly where you like it! Add more water if you want to thin it out! Add toppings & enjoy!
