INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Vital Proteins collagen creamer (or sub for any other collagen or protein powder of choice)
- 1 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/8 tsp. Celtic sea salt
- 2 tbsp. creamy almond butter
- 1 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract
- More Ceylon cinnamon for drizzling & rolling
HOW?;
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl & mix until combined incorporated. The mixture should be smooth & stick together well.
- Use a 1 tbsp. spoon to portion the batter into 12-14 balls. Roll them in more cinnamon & place them on a plate.
- Refrigerate to allow them to firm up & enjoy!
