Here’s a yummy post-workout or late night snack that legit reminds me of chocolate mousse!
PSA: If you aren’t dairy-free, you can also make it with Greek yogurt! It’s creamy, chocolatey, yummy & full of probiotics, vitamins & nutrients & it won’t leave you feeling sluggish or heavy before bedtime!
All you gotta do is mix 1/3 cup coconut yogurt with 1/2 tsp. raw cacao powder until combined, then top it with fruit, granola, cinnamon, nuts, seeds, dried goji berries, cacao nibs or whatever your heart desires! I used kiwi, homemade coconut granola & organic chia seeds!
The cultured coconut milk I use is by @preschoice & has just 3 ingredients! I use the unflavoured one because the flavoured ones do contain added sugar, so keep that in mind! You can find it at Maxi.
