The obsession continues, this time with an adaptogenic kick from ashwagandha, an Ayurvedic herb used to help relieve the symptoms of stress & anxiety, heal the adrenal glands & regulate hormones, especially cortisol levels, improve immunity, endurance, energy & skin health, promote more restful sleep & rejuvenate the mind & body!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Handful spinach
  • 1/3 cup homemade hemp milk
  • 2/3 cup filtered water
  • 1 serving unsweetened hemp protein
  • Splash pure organic vanilla
  • 2 tsp. raw organic cacao powder
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • 3-4 chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tbsp. ashwagandha root powder
