To make these babes, which basically taste like chips, throw a whole eggplant, bell peppers, onion & broccoli into the air fryer with some raw organic apple cider vinegar, cayenne, Himalayan garlic salt, black pepper, oregano & dried thyme into the air fryer & set the timer for 30 minutes, until veggies are crispy & crunchy!

- 2 bell peppers
- 1 eggplant
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1 white onion
- 1/4 cup raw organic apple cider vinegar
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Himalayan garlic salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried thyme
- Add all the ingredients to your air fryer & set the timer for 30 minutes.
- Remove & enjoy!
