My Gym Bag Essentials

My Gym Bag Essentials

Disclaimer: my gym bag is always a mess, but it also always contains:

  • Coco-nutter hand cream by Lanolips, especially for winter; smells amazing & so hydrating
  • Amber roll-on perfume by Nemat Fragrances: compact, great for post-workout when I’m not going straight home & the scent is LIT
  • Wave spray by The Ouai to freshen my hair if I have to look presentable & go to an appt. post-workout; perfect for lightweight brushed out waves
  • Electrolyte & magnesium drops by Trace Minerals Research to add to water when I’m doing a double workout to keep blood pressure in check & hydration balance
  • Water bottle by Asobu Bottle; one of many that I love & helps me never forget to drink & refill (plus who doesn’t love drinking out of something cute?!)
  • Coconut oil deodorant by Kopari, my new fave natural deodorant; smells amazing, no GMOs, no BS ingredients & it works!
  • Lip balm, lipstick & lipgloss because ya know… I CAN NEVER BE WITHOUT THIS TRIO (Buxom, Burt’s Bees & Drunk Elephant are some of my many go-to’s.
  • Vitamin C/collagen face mist by Peter Thomas Roth; love this to refresh my face after blotting sweat away with my Tatcha blotting papers (not pictured because I ran out!)
  • My boxing wraps; I box 2-3x/week so it was time to invest in my own wraps to protect my knuckles, provide extra cushion & prevent odour!
  • My Peach Bands resistance bands; I got them on amazon for less than $15 – do it for the #booty
  • A hair brush to prevent knotting from sweat; love this drugstore one because it really flattens flyaways!
  • A  good scrunchie (fave is by Lululemon) & hair clip!
  • Towel & extra sports bra for when I do doubles & sweat like a pig!
  • AND OF COURSE: a snack – loving Mid Day Squares pre or in between workout snack because I get my 🍫 ( #fudgeyeah) but also protein, fibre, fats, natural sugar & energy & it’s REAL FOOD!
  • OH & of course… my phone charger because my cell is perma-dead!!! .
