These mushrooms & carrots are ALL THE (RAGE) CHEESE, BUT WITHOUT THE CHEESE! Minimal ingredients, DELISH, easy prep, seasoned directly in the bowl & ready in 25 minutes!
- 12-14 medium carrots, sliced into rounds
- 1.5 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. raw Dijon mustard
- Black pepper & sea salt to taste 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. raw organic apple cider vinegar
- Add the veggies to the bowl of your air fryer & season directly in the bowl. Toss to coat.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes until crispy! Enjoy
