These are the crispest Brussels sprouts you ever did see – air-fried, no oil, crispy & browned on the outside, warm, moist & comforting on the inside, bursting with « cheesy » flavour & so easy to prepare, it actually hurts!!
When I told you guys my T-Fal Acti Fry would become my #BFF, I wasn’t joking! I’m hooked! So far every veggie I’ve tried in there came out to perfection!
To make them, throw the Brussels into your air fryer, season with:
- 2 tbsp. raw apple cider
- 2 tbsp. raw coconut vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- Himalayan pink salt
Air fry them for 20-22 minutes until crispy & browned!
If you don’t have an air fryer, season them in a bowl, toss to coat, roast them at 425F for 22-25 min., then broil on high for 2-3 minutes! ENJOY!
