Maca Matcha Collagen Latte

I love you so MATCHA!!


TO MAKE IT:

  • Bring 1.5 cups water to a boil & let it sit for about 5 minutes to cool off a bit (matcha should never be added to boiling hot water!).
  • Add the warm water, 1/4 cup warm nut milk, 1 tsp. gelatinized maca,  Ceylon cinnamon, a splash pure organic vanilla extract & 1 scoop Vital Proteins matcha collagen to your blender & blend until combined & frothy.
  • ENJOY!

If you don’t have the Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen, you can simply combine 1 tsp. organic matcha powder with 1 scoop of plain Collagen Peptides or you can simply opt out of the collagen & use 1.5 tsp. matcha.

If maca isn’t your jam, you can literally swap it for any other superfood powder or adaptogen of your choice, such as reishi, cordyceps, ashwagandha, camu camu, chaga, cacao powder, vanilla powder, ginseng, etc.

If you prefer a sweeter latte, you can add a natural sweetener of your choice, such as: yacon, pure organic maple syrup, manuka or raw organic unpasteurized honey, coconut nectar or coconut sugar/date sugar.
