Here’s the recipe for a creamy AF BERRY & GREENS COLLAGEN HEMP PROTEIN SHAKE!
PRO TIP: Don’t forget to always add a topping that you can chew to your smoothies in order to send the signal to your brain to trigger the digestive process & make digestion & absorption easier on your gut!
- 1/4 cup homemade almond milk
- 1 & 1/2 cup filtered water
- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp. frozen blueberries
- A few chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
- Huge handful spinach or kale
- 1/2 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Marine Collagen
- 1 scoop Manitoba Harvest max protein unsweetened hemp powder
- 1 tsp. gelatinized maca
- Add all the ingredients to your blender & blend until combined & creamy.
- Add more water/almond milk if you want to thin it out.
