say no to your fears & face them head strong

tell yourself you CAN & you WILL

be with your thoughts instead of repressing them; sit with them, work through & understand them

find comfort in getting uncomfortable

expose yourself to what you aren’t used to, what scares you or seems weird to you

step out of your comfort zone & be open-minded; you’ll never know what can transpire from it or what you’ll learn if you don’t let yourself try

know that you can do anything you set your mind to & invest your time in

you don’t have to run from your fears & you don’t have to face them alone

you’re worth more than the negativity you feed your mind with; put a stop to it & know your worth

a negative mindset will never lead to a positive life – you get what you put out into the universe – once the difficult shift in mindset happens, everything around you shifts with it… for the better!

life is too short & precious to create negative space in our own heads – make room for good & that’s what you’ll attract

when you find yourself sweating the small stuff, stop & look at the bigger picture: ask yourself what those things really mean & what impact they truly have in the grand scheme of things – more often than not, this simple exercise will help reground you

& most importantly, be kind to yourself, mind, body & soul.
