Homemade Vanilla Cinnamon Fruit Salad

When my sissy asks for study fuel, she gets study fuel in the form of fruit salad! And trust me, whether you’re studying or not, you WANT & NEED this yummy deliciousness in your life! It’s THE perfect snack!

To make it, all you gotta do is cut up a mix of your favourite fruit & season it lightly with lemon, Ceylon cinnamon & pure organic vanilla or yacon syrup! You can also add a splash of unsweetened orange juice or pure organic maple syrup if you prefer! Toss it all together & enjoy! (I used kiwi, strawberries, fresh apricot, peach, apple, clementine & mango!).

It’s full of fibre, antioxidants, natural sweetness, vitamin C, amazing for skin, digestion & the perfect little afternoon pick me up when you need something sweet & yummy!!


  • 1 kiwi
  • 6-8 strawberries
  • 2 fresh apricots
  • 1 peach
  • 1 apple
  • 2 clementines
  • 1/2 mango
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract (or pure organic vanilla extract or yacon syrup)


  • Add all the fruit to a bowl.
  • Season with Ceylon cinnamon, 1 tsp. pure organic vanilla & the juice of 1/2 lemon.
  • Toss & enjoy!
