Sweet Potato & Zucchini Oven Baked Chips a.k.a. Issa Chip Night!

ISSA CHIP NIGHT & #issavibe!!

Just whipped up some fresh smoky sweet potato & garlic zucchini chips, spiced ‘em up super simply & baked them to crispy to death perfection!

The sweet potato fries with hummus are FIRE & don’t get me started about the crunch on these zucchini fries!

Homemade chips are such a great alternative to packaged ones because you can munch on them without worrying about any discomfort you’ll feel post-snackin’, plus they’re a great way to get in extra fibre, antioxidants, vitamins & minerals without even making an effort because… CHIPS!!!!

FOR THE ZUCCHINI CHIPS:

  • Slice 4-5 medium zucchini into small THIN rounds.
  • Season with sea salt & garlic powder & toss.
  • Preheat oven to 375F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake the babes for 45 minutes until browned & crispy. Enjoy!

FOR THE SWEET POTATO CHIPS:

  • Preheat oven to 375F & line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake the babes for 45 minutes until browned & crispy. Enjoy!
