Blueberry Vanilla Pie Protein Shake a.k.a. Yes, It Tastes Like Pie!

Yep, this smoothie tastes like blueberry pie, I swear! It’s full of greens, antioxidants, healthy fats, fibre, liver-cleansing, detoxifying & blood purifying supplements, energizing plant foods, avocado for healthy fats, Ceylon cinnamon to gift inflammation & naturally sweeten & pure vanilla bean powder for real deal vanilla flavour!

It’s thick, creamy, sweet but not overly sweet & so satisfying! It’s also filled with protein so it’s great as a mid-day pick me-up / post workout refuel!

INGREDIENTS:

  • Huge handful of greens
  • 1/3 cup homemade seed or nut milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 scoop Botanica Health perfect protein (vanilla)
  • Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 avocado smoothie cube OR 1/4 cup mashed avocado
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla bean powder
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1 dropper full marine phytoplankton
  • 1 dropper Holizen Lab liver supplement
  • Topping: Hemp hearts & raspberry superfood probiotic granola

TO MAKE:

  • Add the ingredients to your blender, blend until thick & creamy, add toppings & enjoy!
