A probiotic shot a day keeps the gut health issues at bay (for me, anyway!).

I get so many questions about the Wildbrine probiotic shot I take daily so here’s a little rundown:
- DOES IT REPLACE MY PROBIOTIC SUPPLEMENT?
For me, nope! I still take my Nova Probiotics Vegan 100 or 165CFU daily & use this as a complement to boost gut health & help me feel my best. It’s definitely a good place to start if you’re new to probiotics to see how your body reacts & if you don’t take a supplement/aren’t consistent/don’t eat probiotic-rich foods. This shot is also a great place to start if drinking apple cider vinegar is too acidic or you just can’t stomach it!
- WHAT IS IT?
Basically, kimchi in a shot! In just 1 serving, I get 1 billion CFU, fermented veggies, anti-inflammatory spices & a PROBIOTIC SHOT THAT ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD! It’s a great mid-day energy boost, gently cleanses the system & prevents any afternoon bloat. My fave flavour is the spicy Korean!
- HOW MUCH DAILY + WHEN?
About 3 tbsp. mid-day! I don’t want to overwhelm my body with too much probiotics in the morning so I prefer to split it up. If you’re taking this as your probiotic supplement, you can take it in the morning.
