Hummus & Avocado Sandwich a.k.a. Another Day, Another Lunch Goals!

If you love food (like I do… clearly), you’ll love this!

It’s a creamy, delicious, protein + healthy fat rich combo with just the right amount of crunch + nutty cheesy flavour!

By cheesy, I mean WITHOUT any actual dairy. The star ingredient is NUTRITIONAL YEAST, 1 of my fave vegan foods!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 slices sprouted bread
  • 1/2 avocado mashed with lemon, apple cider + Celtic sea salt
  • 1 tbsp. homemade hummus
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Sliced cucumbers + cherry tomatoes

HOW?

Toast your bread, spread the avo + hummus on each toast, top with veggies + toppings & enjoy!
