I’m a firm believer that  the way you start your week has the ability to set the tone for the way the rest of it will go, so START IT OFF RIGHT!

Adopt a positive mindset!

Show your body & mind a little more kindness than yesterday.

You deserve it.

You’re worth it.

& ALWAYS REMEMBER:

Another person’s beauty doesn’t take away from yours.

Your body is the vessel that walks you through life. YOU ONLY GET ONE. Treat it that way. It deserves more than to be shamed, neglected + put down to meet unrealistic standards

The photos you see on social media are a highlight reel; they’re what people want you to see, they’re half the picture, NOT the whole picture. They don’t depict what’s going on in the minds of the people behind the filters + edits.

Your struggle isn’t less valid than anyone else’s. You have a right to feel the way you do about it irrespective of what others think or say. Allow yourself to feel & live it.

Stop comparing yourself to what other people are saying, doing, thinking + living. Use others’ experiences as inspiration but not to set standards by which you MUST live your life. Remember, we’re all different, physically, mentally + emotionally & what works for someone else may or may not work just as well for you. Comparison has the power to break you. Don’t let it.

And last but not least, BE YOUR OWN SOURCE OF INSPIRATION + MOTIVATION. Nobody knows your body + mind better than you. Foster your relationship with yourself & strive to always build upwards. Inspire yourself. Believe in yourself. Trust yourself.
