INGREDIENTS:
- 1/3 cup cooked steel cut oats
- 1/4 cup homemade hemp milk
- TOPPINGS:
- 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. flaxseed (always ground!)
- 2 raw Brazil nuts
- 4 raw hazelnuts
- A few pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 plum, sliced
- Drizzle of yacon syrup
TO MAKE:
- Add the oats + hemp milk to a small skillet & heat over medium heat. Stir occasionally to make sure the oats don’t stick.
- Cook until all liquid is absorbed & oats are creamy.
- Remove from the heat, stir, add toppings & enjoy!!
