Guys… I have no words for this banana bread besides…

I made this two nights ago & THERE’S NOTHING LEFT. Literally, NOTHING LEFT. We’re three people & we DEVOURED it because that’s JUST how GOOD it is!!!!!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large mashed ripe bananas OR 3 smaller ones
- 1 + 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. pure organic vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or nut free alternative)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- Coconut oil cooking spray
TO MAKE:
- Preheat the oven to 350F & line a loaf pan with parchment or aluminum paper
- Add the mashed banana + the rest of the ingredients to a bowl (except chocolate chips) & mix until a uniform batter is formed
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Lightly spray the loaf pan with coconut oil & add the batter to the pan. Top with a few more chocolate chips
- Bake for 26-28 minutes until top is browned + crispy & a knife comes out clean
- Remove from the oven & let cool for 30 mins. before slicing OR refrigerate for 10-15 minutes if you need to slice it faster!
