Stop the body shaming, the negative self-talk & nitpicking. Love yourself as a whole. You’re worth more than a bra that’s too tight, a pair of jeans that fits too snug & a number on a scale.

Do you want to feel happy?

Fuel your mind with positive thoughts, surround yourself with people who bring out the best in you & make you feel good about who you are.

Do you want to feel healthy?

Feed your body with wholesome nutritious food & feed your mind with thoughts that motivate & encourage you to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

Point is, however you want to feel, you have the power to make it happen. Nobody can take that away from you.

It all begins in the mind. Be MINDful about what you’re thinking & in turn, how you’re feeling.

And if the way you’re feeling isn’t right & conducive to your happiness, don’t just go through the motions.

Life is too short & valuable to not live it your best. In a moment, everything can change. Your health, relationships, work. Those are things you can’t always control.
