Here are 2 easy ways I incorporate more probiotics into my life everyday, NO CAPSULE NECESSARY!

Disclaimer: For me, these habits don’t replace a probiotic supplement. I still take my @novaprobiotics VEGAN 100 or 165CFU daily & use these habits as a complement to my supplement, to boost gut health & to help me feel my best. These habits are definitely a good place to start if you’re new to probiotics to see how your body reacts & let’s be honest, 1-2 healthy habits is better than none at all!

KIMCHI LIVE SHOTS: I take 1 Wild Brine probiotic shot daily (about 3 tbsp.), usually around lunch. In just 1 shot, I get 1 billion CFU, fermented veggies & anti-inflammatory spices & a PROBIOTIC SHOT THAT ACTUALLY TASTES GOOD! Who knew, right? It’s a great mid-day energy boost, gently cleanses the system & prevents any afternoon bloat. My fave flavour is the spicy Korean! This shot is a great place to start if the apple cider vinegar is too acidic or you just can’t stomach it!

NIGHTLY APPLE CIDER VINEGAR + FERMENTED TURMERIC & GINGER SHOT: I take 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar & 2 tbsp. Botanica Health fermented turmeric & ginger every night before bed, followed by a huge glass of water to prevent the acidity from burning my esophagus. I swear, I immediately feel like it’s killing everything bad in my body! I’ve NEVER felt better since incorporating this habit into my life. I wake up energized, feeling cleansed & my digestion has never been more regular. Sorry for the TMI, guys!
