As you guys know, Sundays are all about meal prep for me. Here’s how it goes down: I crush two morning workouts (boxing & body design, a.k.a. tons of weight training), then I get home, chill for a bit & I HIT THE MEAL PREP GAME! And Lord knows, I don’t stop all day until I’m done!
But… there is one thing & one thing only that I stop for: amidst meal prep, your girl’s gotta eat. Here’s today’s really messy, but really delicious, creamy, “cheesy”, flavourful sprouted wrap filled with all the goods! And yes, SHE’S PLANT-BASED! But let’s be honest, you probably guessed that, right?
Here’s what you need:
- 1 Food For Life sprouted whole grain Mexican style wrap (BTW, these wraps are absolutely delicious, clean, nutritious & full of flavour! We will definitely be re-purchasing them! You can find them at your local health food store).
- 1/2 mashed avocado seasoned with lemon, cayenne, sea salt + black pepper
- 1 tsp. hemp hearts
- 1 roasted beet, diced
- Fresh cilantro
- Nutritional yeast
Then what? Add the avocado, beets, & hemp hearts to the center of the wrap, season with cilantro & nutritional yeast, fold the top & bottom ends inwards, then ROLL IT UP (& try to do so a little cleaner than I did) & ENJOY!
