I used the POST-WORKOUT BLEND for this one & it’s filled with flax, chia, goji & açai, blueberries, sacha inchi, egg white & hemp protein, maca, bee pollen, royal jelly, banana & coconut for electrolytes, spirulina, chlorella, kale, broccoli & cinnamon! What a blend!!! 1 serving contains just 3G of natural sugar, 2g of healthy fats, 15g of protein & 4g of fibre, not to mention all the antioxidants, minerals & vitamins!

  • 1 serving Rootz Nutrition chocolate banana nut protein superfood
  • 1/3 cup homemade hemp milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 tbsp. raw organic cacao powder
  • 4-5 chunks steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • Heaping handful of spinach
  • TOPPING: La Fourmi Bionique Honey grain-free granola & fresh bluebs


  • Add all ingredients to your blender & blend until combined, thick & creamy!
    • Add more hemp milk / water if you want to thin it out!
