I had a bit more time than usual this morning so I went a little fancy with my breakfast & WOW! 😍 It was delicious, satisfying, super filling & so simple to whip up! But you’d never think so looking at it, right? I know!!!

I love the idea of a sweet & savoury toast breaky because TBH, I always have such a hard time deciding if I wanna go sweet or savoury. I don’t think I’m the only one, now am I? It’s like I really want my nut or coconut butter & fruits & cinnamon, BUT I also want my Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, greens & eggs! SO THIS IS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS!

THING 1: Sprouted Ezekiel sesame toast topped with organic Greek yogurt, arugula, a boiled egg, nutritional yeast & black pepper.

  • Greens, healthy fats & protein for days!
  • Probiotics!

Here’s what you need…

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THING 1:

  • 1 slice Ezekiel sesame sprouted toast
  • 1-2 tbsp. organic Greek yogurt
  • 1 boiled egg
  • Small handful of arugula
  • Topping: Nutritional yeast & black pepper

FOR THING 2:

  • 1 slice Ezekiel sesame sprouted toast
  • 1/2 tbsp. organic raw coconut buter
  • 2-3 strawberries, sliced
  • Topping: Organic chia seeds & Ceylon cinnamon

HOW-TO?:

  • Toast your bread!
  • Top each slice with the toppings listed above & ENJOY! 🙂
