You’re Beautiful. Try Reminding Yourself Of That Every Day.

You’re Beautiful. Try Reminding Yourself Of That Every Day.

Hey YOU.

Yes, YOU.

Today, I want you to look at yourself in the mirror & say “I’m beautiful”.

But more importantly, I want you to do that & MEAN IT.

I want you to look at yourself & for once, don’t nitpick or point out what you don’t like. You don’t need that negativity in your life today. Or ever.

Look at your reflection & pinpoint something you LOVE. Even if it’s just one thing. That’s all it takes to fuel your mind with some positivity today.

There are only 11 days left in 2017.

What if you made it your mission to do this exercise everyday for the next eleven days?

And then what if you stepped into 2018 with a different mindset?

Let go of the WHAT IF & please do it. It’s in your hands.

You are beautiful. You are strong.

You are beautiful & strong because you bright light & love to the lives of so many without even knowing it. Because you’re kind. Because you’re giving. Because you are YOU.

Know your worth.

Take these 11 days to look back on your year & reflect on how many times you told yourself you were amazing, strong & beautiful. Probably not many, right?

And how many times did you tell yourself that you weren’t enough, that you weren’t as pretty or good looking as the person standing next to you? Probably tons.

Let’s make 2018 the year of opposites. Use this last blitz of 2017 to shift your perspective. To acknowledge everything that makes you YOU, unique, beautiful on the inside, strong, inspiring & healthy. Hang on to those things & step into the new year with them. Leave the negativity behind.

Surround yourself with people who help you see the good & distance yourself from those who undermine your worth or make you underestimate yourself.

Your vibe attracts your tribe.

Positive vibes, positive tribe.

The new year has the potential to be EVERYTHING you want it to be. Strive for that & don’t let anybody or anything get in the way of it.
