Tonight, I took an Epsom salt bath for the first time tonight & it felt SO GOOD to just lay there, relax & disconnect for half an hour!

You guys know how I feel about self-care – I try to do it everyday & I strongly believe it’s a crucial component in living a healthy lifestyle, a way for you to practice self-love, know your worth & give your body a well-deserved break from all the hustle & bustle of LIFE!

My goal this week is to practice self-care for at least 30 minutes each day & I’m off to a good start!
