Did you eat foods you wouldn’t usually eat?
More importantly, did you enjoy it?
Did you spend time with loved ones & cherish the moment?
Did you step out of your routine?
If you can answer yes to all those questions, GOOD FOR YOU.
Good for you for:
1) Acknowledging it.
2) Not letting toxic feelings of guilt or shame bring you down or make you feel any less worthy.
3) Being able to step out of your comfort zones & safety nets, but also having the ability to get back into your routine.
YOU ARE WORTH ALL OF THOSE THINGS
Being surrounded by loved ones.
You are worth all of those things because LIFE IS ABOUT MOMENTS & ONLY YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO CREATE THEM.
So, in times like these, where we welcome a FRESH NEW YEAR, create those moments.
Be a part of them.
Be present, both physically and mentally.
Don’t preoccupy your mind with trivial thoughts that will prevent you from savouring those moments.
Know that being a part of those moments is crucial to your SELF-GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT
is also a crucial part of making you APPRECIATE the beauty of your routine when it’s time to fall right back into it.
Life is what YOU MAKE IT.
Only you have the power to MAKE IT WHAT YOU WANT.

WHAT YOU ASPIRE TO.

Aspire to find the mental stability to develop a consistent routine that works for you, but also the ability to find comfort not in STICKING TO IT 100% but rather in:
Diverting from it every now & then.
In opening your eyes up to the bright & beautiful world that we are a part of & in allowing yourself to discover NEW.
