My Journey Towards Living My Healthiest & Happiest Life Through Nutrition, Fitness & Mindwork

Your Story Is As Worth It As You Make It. OWN IT!
This morning, I met a woman in my HITT class.
It was her 2nd class since giving birth & her goal is to get back in shape before going back to work.
Her story got me thinking & inspired me.
We all work out for different reasons & with a different purpose & goals.
But, at the end of the day, we can all bond over one common thing: We’re all there to feel better, & good in our skin, regain confidence & self-esteem & to just be & feel healthier overall.
We all come from somewhere different & we all have different (some easy, some difficult) stories.
But, what’s crucial to acknowledge is that EVERYONE HAS A STORY & EVERYONE’S STORY IS VALID & WORTH SOMETHING.
It doesn’t matter how fit or in shape you are.
How easy or how hard it is for you to get through a workout.
What matters is that YOU’RE THERE.
You’re working on yourself.
Your self-love.
&
On loving your body for all that it is, all that comes with it, all that you can take & all that you cannot take.
The bravest thing you can do is OWN & LOVE YOUR STORY, even if it hasn’t been the perfect fairy tale.
Everyone’s story is unique & for this reason, UNWORTHY of comparison.
ALWAYS REMEMBER: The ONE thing you have that nobody else has is YOU.
Your voice.
Your mind.
Your story.
Your vision.
SO WRITE IT, EDIT, BUILD & REBUILD IT & LIVE AS ONLY YOU CAN.
Owning your story can be hard, but I speak form experience: It’s not nearly as difficult as spending your life running from it.
Embracing vulnerabilities is risky but not as dangerous as giving up on love, belonging & joy – The experiences that make us vulnerable.
Only when we’re brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our life.
I truly believe I’ve found my place at Cielo Studios because it’s so relatable.
Although some of the people I’ve met may or may not have similar stories to mine, I’ve been able to bond so much with them & it’s so beautiful to see a community & relationships being formed simply because we’re all there for a common goal.
All this to say:
Next time you’re at the gym, look around you.
Every person there has a story & nobody’s story is worth more or less than the other.
