The Nitty-Gritty on None Other Than APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!

OKAY LOVES, given my obsession with lemon water, a lot of people have asked me what my take is on the whole ”1 tbsp. of ACV per day”, if I do it & if so, how I incorporate it into my daily routine!
Basically, ACV offers a million health benefits, some of which are:
1) HELPS IMPROVE NUTRIENT ABSORPTION:
If taken in conjunction with foods that are rich in specific nutrients, i.e., if used in a salad dressing, you can absorb more of the nutrients from ‘dem greens!
2) HELPS WITH ACID REFLUX, BLOATING, INFLAMMATION, HEARTBURN & DIGESTION:
Basically, ACV is amazing for your gut & overall digestive health! For all things tied to the digestive system, ACV will do the trick!
3) HELPS WITH WEIGHT LOSS:
Add 1 tbsp. of ACV to a water bottle & sip throughout the day & improve your metabolism functions, fat burning abilities & decrease the fat & sugar production in your liver!
4) PACKED WITH ANTIOXIDANTS:
I don’t shut up about these babies! Due to antioxidant content, ACV helps fight off free radicals & toxins that enter our bodies due to all the dirt & “crap” (EXCUSE MY LANGUAGE!) in our environment!

DO I DO IT?!
Yes. I actually consume more than 1 tbsp. of ACV per day because I incorporate 1 tbsp. of raw, organic, pure “from the mother” (P.S. I use the one by Bragg’s) into both my lunch & dinner recipes (Usually a salad dressing, sauce or marinade)!
So, YES, I get two tbsp. per day (SEE, I’M GOOD AT MATH!). The thing is, I don’t take it straight. So yes, it may be diluted by the other ingredients in my sauces or dressings, BUT at the end of the day, I’m getting my two tbsp. per day fix & all the BEAUTIFUL AMAZING BENEFITS THAT COME WITH IT!
