Third post of the day. Killing it, you? This one’s gonna be short & sweet, YET DEFINITELY A CLASSIC!
My loves, you all know I LOVE AN ORIGINAL, CREATIVE (& sometimes, COMPLICATED) DRESSING EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE (Who are we kidding? At least once a week!).
BUT, if you’re looking for a super-simple-quick-&-easy DELICIOUS one that will go well with just about anything, basically, MY GO-TO DRESSING, here she is!
This BABE of a dressing is:

VERSATILE-AF, a.k.a. SMOTHER, DRENCH, LATHER, POUR, MARINATE & GARNISH her on just about everything & anything – YOU CANNOT GO WRONG!
Ladies & gents, this is Kelly’s Not-So-Original-Not-So-Creative-&-Not-So-Complicated-But-Healthy-AF-&-Delish-Pour-This-Babe-On-Everything-Dressing!
My loves, YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 tbsp. of organic extra-virgin olive oil;
- 2 tbsp. of pure organic maple syrup;
- 1 tbsp. of organic apple cider vinegar;
- The juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon (or a whole lemon if you want a more citrusy dressing);
- 1 tsp. of organic yellow mustard;
- 1/2 tsp. of ground turmeric;
- 1/2 tsp. of ground cumin;
- 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder;
- Just a pinch of cayenne pepper;
- Freshly ground black pepper & organic Himalayan pink sea salt for seasoning;
Simply whisk all these beautiful ingredients together in a small bowl until fully incorporated & combined ET VOILÁ!
I promise you, try her once & you will never EVER buy store-bought dressing again! Take my word for it & get whisking!!!!
P.S. If you want to prepare a jar of this babe to store in your refrigerator for all your salad dressing needs, I recommend tripling the recipe! Store her in the refrigerator in an airtight container or a mason jar for up to two weeks & DEVOUR! (She won’t last two weeks, JUST BTW!).
