Happy SaturYAY, yet again! 🙂 I hope you’re all having an amazing start to the WEEKEND!

I woke you munchkins TODAY with none other than my HEALTHY-AF 3-INGREDIENT NO BAKE APPLESAUCE BROWNIES!!!

In a nutshell, these babes are:

quick & easy snack, which only take FIVE MINUTES to whip up!!!!

They are softer & slightly more DOUGHYYYYY than a regular brownie, BUT similar to a brownie with a more dense texture! (THANKS TO ‘DA COCO FLOUR)

UHHHH? TO MAKE YOUR DAY, no, YOUR LIFE EVEN BETTER, these babies are naturally gluten-free, vegan and paleo!!!!

THEY’RE FREAKING DELISH, MY LOVES!!!! Easy + delicious = LIFE = LOVE. <3 YET ANOTHER SIMPLE FORMULA THAT EVEN I UNDERSTAND! Lawlz! #noshame #mathgameweak

YET ANOTHER FREAKING AWESOME THING ABOUT THESE MUNCHKINS is that they are made with COCONUT FLOUR!!! You know what that means, right?

Your brownies are filled with PROTEIN, FIBER & GOOD-FOR-YOU-FATS.

Therefore, your brownies are FILLING-AF.

OH & here’s a fun fact! Refined flours are VERY concentrated in simple carbs, which are very quickly metabolized & caused destructive blood sugar fluctuations in the bod. Such reactions cause stress responses in the bod, resulting in hormonal dysregulation, inflammation & weight gain!!

ON THE OTHER HAND, COCONUT FLOUR has been found to have a glycemic lowering effect. Since coconuts have a low simpe carb content coupled with VERY HIGH FIBRE, they yield a flour that is less disruptive to blood sugar levels. So, by equalizing carb metablolism overtime, coconut flour results in prepared foods that can be enjoyed in moderation without the fear of AN OVERHWELMING GUCLOSE BUZZ (& we all know how that feels!!!)

Ladies & gents, I present you with my Gluten-Free, Vegan & Healthy-AF 3-Ingredient No-Bake Applesauce Brownies a.k.a. Every-Possible-Reason-to-Fall-In-Love-With-‘Da-Coco-Oh-That-Crumble! & BASICALLY, THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS THESE BABES ARE F-AWESOME, THAT ONE OF THEM IS BOUND TO CONVINCE YOU! & now… since you munchkins are ALL CONVINCED & STUFF, LET’S GET TO THE NITTY-GRITTY. Ya dig?

My loves, YOU WILL NEED:

  • ½ cup of organic coconut flour (I use Nutiva);
  • ¾ cup of unsweetened organic apple sauce (P.S. Depending on your brand of coconut flour, you may find that you need a bit more apple sauce!!! FEEL FREE TO ADD SOME ‘MO UNTIL A THICK BATTER IS FORMED. It should be FIRM, but still quite moist!!! BASICALLY, THE PERFECT BALANCE);
  • ½ cup of sugar, coconut palm sugar or truvia blend sweetener;
  • 1 ½ tsp. of pure organic vanilla extract;
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon;
  • 2 tbsp. – ¼ cup of raw organic peanut butter (or any other nut butter of choice! – almond, cashew, hazelnut, pistachio, I COULD GO ON FOR DAYS BABES. LET YOUR IMAGINATIONS RUN WILD!!!!!);
  • Some ‘mo cinnamon or coconut palm sugar/sugar/truvia for dusting!

GUYS, I cannot put into words the beautifulness of these brownies, thanks to ‘dat coco flour. BASICALLY, THESE BABIES ARE THE REASON I’M IN LOVE WITH ‘DA COCO. SERIOUSLY.

NOW, HOW-TO? WAIT ‘TILL YOU SEE HOW SIMPLE THIS IS. You won’t believe it. I did tell you munchkins that these cuties are NO-BAKE, right? I don’t know about you but every now & then, I LOVE the idea of knowing that I don’t have to preheat my oven & turn my kitch into a war zone to bake up a storm with like more ingredients than I can count on my fingers

SOMETIMES YOU JUST AIN’T DOWN. And for those days, THESE RECIPES EXIST & THEY ARE FREAKING AWESOMELY-AWESOME!!!!!

  • Line a small baking tray with baking paper and set aside;
  • In a MEDIUM mixing bowl, combine your coconut flour and sugar & mix well. Add your applesauce, nut butter, cinnamon & vanilla extract and MIX THE EFF OUTTA THESE BEAUTIFUL, CRUMBLY, SWEET INGREDIENTS until a very thick batter is formed;

  • Transfer the batter to the lined baking tray, SPRINKLE, GARNISH, DRIZZZZZZLE with extra cinnamon and refrigerate (or freeze) for an hour or so, until it has firmed up slightly. Cut into brownie-sized pieces &…

P.S. My loves, the babes are best kept refrigerated & can even be frozen!!! YOU DO KNOW WHAT THAT ENTAILS, RIGHT? IT MEANS YOU CAN DOUBLE, TRIPLE, QUADRUPLE, CINQTUPLE YOUR BATCH!!!!! & NADA WILL GO TO WASTE! Gotta love your freezer!
